Important notice to employment agencies, employment businesses, recruitment consultants and search firms
MetroMail maintains a preferred supplier list (“PSL”) of agencies for all recruitment of workers. Any employment agencies, employment businesses, recruitment consultants and/or search firms which are not on our PSL are referred to below as “Agencies”.
We do not accept unsolicited contact, applications, emails, curriculum vitae, resumes or details of workers from any Agencies. Please do not send any unsolicited emails, curriculum vitae, resumes or details of workers to MetroMail or any of its workers.
For Agencies on the MetroMail PSL, authorisation to recruit for a position should first be confirmed with the HR Department before any CV’s are sent. MetroMail will not accept liability for any fees for an implied introduction if CV’s are sent direct to employees nor if the Agent fails to confirm with their Client that they have not already contacted the company directly.
All Agencies’ terms and conditions are expressly excluded and no term or condition of any Agencies shall have any legal effect and shall not be binding on MetroMail.
